Due to our Expansion Mazaya Developments is looking for the below position for immediate hiring:
HR Specialist
Job Description:-
-Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process.
-Managing Medical and social insurance programs.
-Organize, complete, and update company personnel records and documentation
-Maintain HR databases with information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, bonuses and days off, etc
-Maintain employee personal files (soft & hard copies)
-Assist with payroll management, preparation
Qualifications & Requirements:-
-Bachelor’s degree
-A minimum of experience in a similar role of 1+ years.
-Preferably Having experience in real estate
-Excellent using Microsoft Office.
-Good understanding of the whole recruitment process.
-certificate human resources is a Must
-Great attention-to-detail
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
