We are seeking a recruiting specialist to join our team. He/she will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience to meet our company’s current and future hiring needs. 
 
Job Description :
• Collaborate with headhunters to hire and retain top best talent.
• Screen resumes and job application forms.
• Help to structure the job description.
• Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.
• Interview job candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews.
• Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.
• Drafting and posting job posts.
• Preparing job offers.

Job Requirements :
 • Bachelor's Degree.
 • Fluent English Speaker.
• 3 Years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
