Job Description
Human Resources Specialist
Job Main Duties:
-Managing Employees Files, Social, Medical Insurance, Tracking employees’ vacation Balances,
-Ensure continuous update of the recruitment database.
-Attendance control.
-Handle all benefits plans including (Pension, medical & life).
-Administering health insurance programs.
Coordinate Social Insurance & Labor Office duties.
-preparing monthly payroll transactions.
Job Requirements
-Experience from 6 months to 1 year in HR field.
-Professional use of Microsoft Office -applications (Excel, Word)
-Strong analytical and attention to detail.
-Knowledge of the Egyptian Labor and Social -insurance law is must.
-A growth mindset and willingness to accept criticism.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work in a team.
-Good observation skills and willingness to learn.
-Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Males only.
Education:
-Bachelor Degree.
-Good command of English skills.
Location: Nasr City
