DMC is Hiring:

“Senior Contracts Engineer – Site Based”

Job Scope:
– Review tender documents and prepare contract analysis report including main points, concerns, and risks to be considered during the pricing process and taking decisions.
-Review contracts drafted by other parties in order to maintain minimum risks to the company.
-Draft all correspondences necessary for the Projects to preserve company rights.
-Provide advice regarding the interpretation of contract terms and conditions to company departments for clarification.
-Assist in the preparation and assessment of EOT and cost claims.
-Prepare internal weekly reports necessary for follow-up and monitoring.
-Prepare monthly reports in order to monitor, control, and support decision-making.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred Civil or Architecture).
– 5-8 years of experience in Contracts Engineering.
A Certificate or a Master’s degree in (Contracts, Qs, and Construction Management) will be a plus

Job Location:
– Site-Based (New Cairo and New Capital Projects)
– Saturday to Thursday “Friday Off”
