Grid Fine Finishes is hiring the following positions:

Senior Tender Engineer 
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in the same field.
- Bachelor’s degree Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- Very good experience with fine finishes and materials.

Responsibilities:
Review tender documents and understanding project requirements.
Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects.
Contact suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotes and negotiate prices.
Prepare the direct-cost sheet and detailed Project Budget
Prepare and submit tender proposals in a timely manner.
Attending site visits and meetings with clients to discuss tender requirements.
Follow up the status of the project with clients after tender submission.

Tender Engineer:
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience especially in KSA projects.
- Bachelor’s degree Civil or Architecture Engineering.

Responsibilities:
Review tender documents and study scope of work and addendum; understand and analyses documents (drawings, specifications, B.O.Q,) and raise tender queries.
Create B.O.Qs and quantity survey drawings. 
Create suppliers and contractor's database.
Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects.
Prepare the direct-cost sheet and detailed Project Budget.
Prepare and submit tender proposals in a timely manner.
