Job Description
Working Hours: Fixed Shifts (9AM -5PM 2PM -10PM).
Qualifications:
• (2-4) years of experience
• End User Device Support (Desktop, Laptop, Mac, iPad, Mobile
• Network connectivity (LAN, WIFI)
• Application Support (Outlook, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Printing, Scanning…)
• Hardware Support (Printers, MFP, Desk Phones…)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent English.
