NEWGIZA Golf Club House is now hiring a IT Specialist, with the below requirements:
·       2-4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on helpdesk and technical support.
·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field.
·       Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
          
-Install and configure network switches, and maintain Wi-Fi access points, IP TV system including the setup box, desktop/laptop/POS hardware, and software.          
-Install and configure timekeeper devices enroll fingerprints for new employees and solve sign-in/out issues, Install all types of printers.
-Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
-Diagnose CCTV issues and take proper actions to solve them on all sites.
-Troubleshoot and solve issues related to logical connections of network infrastructure in all sites.
-Follow up on employees' malfunctions in PCs and laptops, and solve operating system issues.
-Implement hardware upgrades and maintenance.
