Job Title: HR Manager/Director

About Us: NAL Law Group is a reputable law firm with an established presence in Cairo, Egypt. We are currently expanding our operations in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager/Director to oversee the HR needs of both branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support our employees' growth and ensure operational efficiency across the organization.


Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of NAL Law Group.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for both branches, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Oversee the performance management system, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
Ensure HR operations are efficient, streamlined, and cost-effective.
Serve as a resource and advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia.


Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
· Proven work experience as an HR Manager or Director, preferably in a multinational company or law firm.
. 5 to 7 years of experience

· In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
. Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
· Strong organizational and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
· Experience with remote HR management and online software programs.
