Job Description
• Reviewing all electromechanical drawings from the MEP consultant.
• Have an excellent design and build experience related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC & fireworks.
• Coordinate MEP drawings with site works and other finishing works.
• Responsibility for all MEP works on site.
• Site inspection approval for MEP Site works
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering.
• 4 to 7 Proven years of Technical Experience in related interior/fit-out projects.
• Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs.
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
• Ability to manage several tasks and coordinate all parties related to project simultaneously.
• Time management and project skills required to undertake multiple projects.
