We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition and OD. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and an aptitude for problem-solving.

A BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field is required, and additional HR training is a plus.
Manufacturing experience is a must, and a very good command of English and Microsoft Office is required.
