Al-Ahram for general Contracting is currently looking for highly qualified candidates for the following position Q.S. Engineers
Job Requirements
Prepare BOQ which includes the quantity, required materials’ specifications and estimated cost for Architecture & Structural departments according to the project budget.
Define projects' costing by identifying the direct cost, overheads, material’s cost and risk provision after consolidating the BOQ (Price Analysis).
Undertake breakdown of Variation Orders (VO).
Issuing financial, technical reports and payment invoices.
Issuing compensations and claims for contractors.
Apply Price differences.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering of the Public University.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as QS Engineer.
• Aware of Law No. 182-2018 for contracting act is preferable.
• Very good computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office).
• Very good command of English.
• Attention to details and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
