Job Description

We’re seeking an exceptional HR professional who is eager for a fresh challenge and looking for a career advancement opportunities to utilize their expertise.

Role Objectives:

1. Collaborate in establishing the HR Department Infrastructure in terms of policies, procedures, and guidelines tailored specifically to the real estate and construction industry.
2. Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
3. Review monthly attendance and submit payroll accurately and on time.
4. Execute effective Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
5. Develop detailed Job Descriptions and ensuring role clarity.
6. Collaborate in establishing Performance Management and Appraisal Systems to measure, evaluate, and enhance employee performance.
7. Foster positive Employee Relations and Personnel Management.
8. Analyze industry standards to develop competitive compensation packages aligned with company budgetary considerations, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks.
10. Ensuring Employee Files are organized and all hiring documents, contracts, and renewals are completed accurately, updated regularly, and in compliance with legal requirements.
11. Stay up-to-date of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging best practices in real estate and construction HR management, conducting data analysis and leveraging insights to inform decision-making and optimize HR strategies.
Collaborate with the HR manager to implement and optimize HRIS solutions.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as HR professional in Real Estate / Construction field.
- Proven experience in different HR sections.
- Proficiency in payroll and HRIS software/systems.
- Accuracy and strong attention to details.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant social insurance and labor laws and regulations.
- Real estate experience is a must.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Sheikh Zayed resident or in vicinity
