Job Description

We are seeking to hire immediately the following position:
 "Senior Recruitment & OD Specialist" 
to join our team in zamil structural steel company.

 Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Above 5 years of experience in recruitment & organization development.
- HR Diploma / Certificate is preferred.
- Creativity and Problem solving skills.
- Good Stakeholders management skills.
- Very good verbal / written communication skills.

Job Description:
- Sourcing, filtering ,searching for qualified job candidates, using sources such as Client database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements or employee referrals.
- Making interviews and all reports related
- Sourcing training centers and coordinating training schedules and events.
- Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, team work, business or operating procedures, reporting relationships and work processes to design efficient methods of accomplishing work.
- Developing and updating job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee
- Coordinate the employees events, activities for engagement
- Attending all meetings and trainings scheduled by the company
- Meeting HR departments objectives and KPIs.
- Set Monthly/Quarterly plans for the newcomers in scope of development.
- Set the monthly schedule for the orientation program for all newcomers, and development plan for the current staff.
- Continuously improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 8 hours.
- Days off: Friday and Saturday.
- Work location: Sadat City, Monoufia.
- Attractive Salary: According To Experience
