Title: Sr. HR Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as HR Generalist role with a proven track record of success.
- Fluency in English
- HR Certificate is a must
- Knowledge and experience in Recruitment, OD and KPIs systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
 Job description:
· Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes, ensuring efficient hiring of qualified candidates.
· Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives to prepare new hires and advance existing employees
· Establish Organization salary structure, policies, and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including annual bonuses and increments.
· Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain calibres based on the benchmarking analysis and job evaluation yearly.
· Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
· Improving employee engagement and productivity by designing training programs and other retention and development plans
· Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
· Undertake tasks around performance management
· Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews and implement performance management initiatives.
· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, ensuring efficient document management.
· Prepare and distribute employee contractual paperwork aligned with Egyptian Social Insurance and labour law.
· Support activities and tasks related to legislation and company registration.
