Job Brief:
• Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
• Investigate the performance of a company's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
• Work with external agencies to execute marketing programs.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and online content.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement
General Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous work in marketing for real estate, architecture, engineering consulting or contracting is must
• Familiarity with B2B advertising campaigns
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills\
