As part of our Growth Team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and retention through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities :
- Executing customer acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize ROI.
- Implementing outbound and inbound marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
- Setting up, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across paid social media platforms.
- Managing day-to-day operations of online and offline campaigns across various channels.
- Establishing clear goals for marketing campaigns/programs and tracking performance against those goals.
- Generating compelling content for marketing campaigns, including drafting marketing emails, social media posts, blog articles, and more.
- Developing and managing project plans to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Tracking digital marketing expenses in alignment with the budget.

Key requirements :
= 1+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
=Proficiency in understanding marketing funnels and optimizing each stage for maximum impact.
= Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
= Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build effective working relationships.
= Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
= Exceptional project management skills, impeccable organizational skills, and attention to detail.
= Highly analytical mindset with comfort in reporting and analyzing financial metrics.
