Contact Developments is Hiring: Project Manager
For Our Project in the New Capital (Quan Tower)
Job Description:
-Study The Project Documents Thoroughly (Drawings, Specs, BOQ...etc.) to Determine the Needed Manpower, Materials & Equipment in Coordination with The Projects Manager.
-Attend kickoff Meetings with the Consultant to Discuss the Project Requirements & construction plan.
-Send the Needed Resources Plan to the Concerned Departments to Start the Mobilization & Take the Necessary Actions Based on Their Responses.
-Acting as the Quality Control & Assurance to Ensure That the Project Objectives are Met.
-Scheduling the Construction Work-
-Ensuring That the Project Starts on Time & Ends Within the Estimated Duration.
-Delegate Tasks to the Team & Oversee Their Performance to Provide Them with the Needed Support & Feedbacks When Needed.
- Prepare Detailed Reports Regarding the Activities Performed by the Subcontractors According to the Contract Conditions to be Sent to the Technical Office to Prepare the Invoices.
-Prepare an Evaluation for the Subcontractors’ Performance to Avoid Dealing with Inefficient Ones.
-Set All the Policies & Procedures of the Warehouse Regarding the Materials & Equipment Used Throughout the Project in Coordination with the Department.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
-Minimum 15: 20 Years of Experience.
- Proven Experience as Project Manager.
-Previous Experience in High Raise Towers (Minimum 30 Floor) is a Must.
-Previous Site Engineering Experience is a Must.
-Project Management & Supervision Skills.
-Excellent Command of Microsoft Office.
-Excellent command of AutoCAD & Rivet.
