Job Description

Alexandria Sugar Company - Savola is seeking to hire HR Operations Specialist.

Location: Alexandria, Egypt.

Job Purpose:
Provide operational Support to HR operations Manager to meet business needs. Ensure Adherence to policies & procedures and manage the administration of all HR operations Activities .

Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll inputs and data, oversee end to end processing, including data collection, transfers, hiring, resignations, deductions, OT calculations in a timely manner.
Perform the day-to-day operations tasks to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
Responsible of handling and organizing all social insurance related documents and filing.
Maintain Employee records and endure confidentiality and data accuracy .
Generate Monthly reports and data analysis on all HR related tasks.
Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations ensuring proper documentation and compliance with policies.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
Ensure a smooth and seamless employee experience by offering necessary support .

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Min 5 years of experience in payroll management & related HR Operations role
In depth knowledge of all payroll procedures.
Excellent attention to details with focus on accuracy and data integrity
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
