Job Scope:
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and workflows.
Educate, coach and collaborate with managers to ensure effective performance management and employee development. Drive HR programs and talent initiatives, providing strategic guidance
and support to business leaders. Advise on employee relations, talent acquisition and performance management, fostering a positive work environment.
Partner with HR teams to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Stay informed about HR best practices and labor laws to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement.
Play a central role in talent acquisition processes, collaborating with hiring teams to attract and retain top talent.
Support other HR teams by sharing insights and best practices and contributing to the overall success of HR initiatives.
Skills Required:
Advanced MS Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Educational Degree:
-Bachelor in HR, Business Administration or any relevant field
