Job Title: HR Generalist (HR)
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Needed: 7 To 10 Years
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of payroll administration and processes.
Familiarity with social and medical insurance programs in Egypt.
Very good in English language,speaking and writing.
Job Description:
• Responsible for recruitment, payroll administration, and managing social and medical insurance.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Negotiate and prepare employment offers and contracts.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with finance department to ensure proper recording and allocation of payroll expenses.
Oversee the entire payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and bonuses.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
