Job Description

We are hiring immediately for fashion retail company Payroll Specialist
Location: El Obour City
Job Description
·      Gather information on hours worked for each employee
·      prepare monthly payroll & pay slips issues
·      Preparing the payrolls and what beyond to the all of the workers with their all Benefits and deductions
·      Deducting taxes and social insurance from all of the workers
·      Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
·      Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
·      Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
·      Preparing HR letters to open a bank account for new employees
·      Update manpower data after hiring and resignation, maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, attrition, absenteeism rates …. etc.
·      Ensure the documentation of all related actions such as penalties, deductions, transfers, promotions
Job Requirements
·      A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
·      2:4 years of experience
·      V.Good command of English.
·      Excellent level with Microsoft Office suite.
·      Hands-on experience in payroll processes and procedures.
·      Full knowledge of pay tax law and social & medical insurance law.
·      Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial matters.
