Pinnacle PMC Is Now Hiring
Position : Tendering Manager
Experience : 8 to 10 years

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off.
- Review the tender documents (including Instruction to Tender (ITT)) to analyze the prequalification requirements.
- Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
- Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
- Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks.
- Coordinate with the Procurement department to get feedback about subcontractors’ prices (whenever needed), and analyze, revise, and provide guidance to tender engineers on, the breakdown of, and comparisons between, price offers from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Follow up with Quantity Survey Engineers, and provide them with the necessary guidance- whenever needed- on the tools to be used.
- Perform full partial/ project break down.
- Make sure that final cost is complying with project documents or list deviations if any.
- Assist in hand over the project related papers and documents to the executive team in case of being awarded.
- Prepare/ revise comparison report.
- Issue periodical tenders’ status report.
 
 Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- B.Sc. In Civil Engineering or a comparable background field
- From 8 to 10 years of experience in construction management.
- Advanced knowledge in the understanding and comprehension of the technical and practicable methods and techniques for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up
- Intermediate knowledge in the understanding of cost/schedule risk analysis as it relates to the risk management program, contingency development and analysis
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
