we are looking for a: Senior Planning Engineer

a. Job Description
 perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects. 

 work as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, consultants and subcontractors. 

 Prepare Project Time schedules during the Tendering phase Prepare detailed Project Time schedule with periodical updates during project duration Understand Contracts in order to implement in the Project Time Schedule Coordinate with procurement and execution department to keep Time schedule accurate up to date. 

 Prepare Time impact analysis when needed Predict, report and alert Project Manager and Technical office manager when an activity would delay the project’s completion date Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress Prepare reports as site requires

b. Job Requirements
 Bachelor degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering only.
 Experience in constructions companies is a must. 

 5-7 years of Experience (2016:2018)
 Great leadership and organizational skills.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong project management and negotiation skills
 Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
 Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
