HR Specialist: -
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for after-hiring processes.
• Manage employee’s medical insurance by keeping the status updated according to hiring status.
• Handing medical insurance renewal and delivering cards.
• Proceed with all insource and outsource investigations.
• Align and interface with Key accounts and customers in day-to-day operations.
• Handle any external correspondences.
• Align with the personnel team any required documents.
• Manage employees’ requests by submitting them to the concerned departments.
• Assist in issuing payroll for all projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related
• Experience: 3:5 years in the Human resources field
