Job Description

El Salam for Contracting and General Supplying is seeking to hire:
Recruitment Supervisor
Responsibilities,

• Receive recruitment requests from all departments, evaluate sources for potential calibers.
• Follow up & keep the workflow of all Recruitment process.
• Responsible for vacancy advertisements on available recruitment sources and service providers.
• Screening resumes, interviewing candidates “Competency-Based Interview” and evaluate them according to the job requirements, prepare a shortlist with accepted candidates and send it to the line manager.
• Study manpower plans for each department with the mangers to determine department needs
• Update manpower plans for each department in accordance with headcount and recruitment needs.
• Responsible for all hiring procedures “Contracts, Hiring Documents, Pre-hire medical check, etc.”
• Prepare and update headcount reports for each department in the organization.
• Follow up on probation period evaluation for the new employees.
• Participate in Competency framework design that measures current competency levels and ensure all employees have the expertise needed to add value to the business.
•· Develop and update all the organization’s Job descriptions through conducting Job analysis meetings, and questionnaires that provide detailed information about job positions to facilitate the Job evaluation process when requested or any change applies.
• Review current Key Performance Indicators and formulate new KPIs proposals based on the objectives in order to measure employees’ performance in an accurate manner.
• Manage Performance management cycle including End of year appraisal, coaching sessions, and mid-year review; and identify the areas of improvement to develop performance levels and ensure abiding by the bell curve assigned each year.
• Update organization charts once per month to reflect the terminations, resignations, reallocation, new hires, and all the input retrieved from the Personnel Department.

Job Requirements:

BA in business administration or a relevant field.
Excellent in English.
HR diploma is a must.
construction Background is a must.
Experience:

4-5 years of corporate experience in OD & Talent acquisition roles.
Skills and Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical skills, multi-tasker.
Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
Highly motivated, goal-driven, result-oriented, and team player.
