Main tasks & duties:
Guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
-Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering (3-5) years of experience in construction & contracts.
Excellent communication & analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail abilities
Contractual & Legal Aspects In Construction Industry (CLAC) will be huge plus
