Software Development Engineer - Siemens

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Development Engineer to join our Application Components team.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with managers, product groups, Customer Support, Marketing, and key stakeholders to understand customer requirements.
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment to build new features in a rapid, iterative way.
• Support product group developers and customers by developing documentation.
  
  

Required skills, knowledge and experience

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Profound expertise in C++ and a track record of crafting software applications.
• Proficiency in navigating Windows and Unix/Linux operating system environments.
• Prior involvement in the development of data structures and algorithms.
• Aptitude for comprehending intricate products, solutions, and challenges..
• Familiarity with software development Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), such as Visual Studio
• Knowledge of version control systems (with a preference for GitLab) and continuous integration tools.
• Acquaintance with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• A grasp of the software development lifecycle.
• Highly desirable previous experience with FlexNet Publisher.
• Excellent Communication Skills with good capability for Continuous Learning.
