Job Description

we are hiring:

Payroll Specialist :

Responsibilities: -
1- Processing payroll of employees in the organization
2- Maintain employee database regarding salaries
3- Report to the department manager regarding daily activities and issues
4- Handling and resolving employee complaints related to the payroll system
5- Work with company database software to process payroll
6- Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
7- Enter new employees’ data (e.g., bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
8- Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions

Job Requirements: -
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Proven experience as payroll is a Must
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- V. Good with Microsoft Office and related payroll software.
-Excellent in the English.
- max age 32 years.
-Preferable near residence to Shubra El Kheima, Qalyubia.
