We are looking to hire a Recruiter with the following criteria:

Job qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Mass hiring experience not less than 2 years.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent MS user.

Job description:
- Coordinate the new banks mass recruiting arrangements to meet the banks' recruiting needs.
- Work closely with the Banc-assurance team to fulfill their hiring needs whether the existence hiring replacements or the hiring of the new projects.
- Review job applications and job requisition forms to match applicants with job requirements.
- Conduct the HR interviews, select qualified job applicants to refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment websites, job fairs, recruitment firms, or employee referrals.
- Hire employees and finalize the hiring process.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
