ACE Consulting Engineers (Moharram – Bakhoum) is seeking to hire the following positions for its new project in 5th Settlement:

1-Planning Engineer 
Requirements:
- BSc. degree in Engineering.
-(6 – 7) Years of Experience (Preferably in Construction Management).
- Proficiency in Primavera.
- Planning and project management skills.
Main Responsibilities:
-Liaise with all project stakeholders, to develop the project master and baseline schedules capturing all stakeholder requirements and interfaces, activities and tasks, baseline times and duration, resources and milestones to fulfill the agreed scope and terms of work.
-Prepare the project budget from the master/baseline schedule ensuring that the detailed budgeted amounts are identified and accurately reflected.
- Manage the review, analyses and monitor the project progress – completed tasks, actual duration and start/finish, deliverables and resources – ensuring that the master/baseline schedule is accurately updated in a timely manner.
-Manage the analysis of project master schedule/plan and identify any potential areas of delay and recommend on alternatives routes to avoid delays.
- Manage the preparation of periodic reports that provide an accurate status of the project plan and enhance areas of concern – potential delays and over costs – and making recommendations for action by management.

2- Design Coordinator 
Requirements:
- BSc. degree in Engineering.
- (6 – 7) Years of Experience (Preferably in Architectural Engineering).
Main Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion. 
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. 
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. 
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, etc. 
- Coordination between architectural design, structure drawings and MEP drawings.
-Manage the preparation of periodic reports that provide an accurate status of the project plan.
