HR Generalist

Job Description:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department's daily operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, contributing to the success of our organization. We are specifically looking for a female candidate to strengthen diversity in our workplace.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance.
• Administer benefits and leave programs, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in performance management and training and development initiatives.
• Prepare and update HR reports and presentations as needed.
• Stay current with HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of HR experience.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply to promote diversity in our workplace.
• HR Certificate or Diploma is a MUST.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Previous experience in HRIS software.
