>>>Duties and Responsibilities<<<
· Responsible for Job Analysis and Design
· Sourcing of candidates for open vacancies.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Follow up KPIs for current employees and review them every month.
· Payroll Management including attendance, period of leaves, etc.
· Responsible for preparing and managing the personnel records, files, and legislation (social insurance, medical, etc.)
· Preparing all procedures and documentation for the Exit process (clearance, certificates, etc.)
· Ensure following the right procedures, guide & support all employees and report a violation
· Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance when needed.
· Implementing Performance Appraisals and assisting employees with career development
>>>Job Requirements<<<
· Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
· Experience needed: from 2 to 5 years
· HR certificate or diploma is preferred
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Fluency in English is MUST
- Working Location: Sheraton, Heliopolis
- Working hours: 9.30 am to 5:30 pm
- Working Days: Sun - Thu
