Supervisor Job description:
-Responsible for Manpower planning and recruitment process White & blue collar
-responsible for all recruitment cycles (sourcing -job posting-screening)
-responsible for all selection processes (Phone interview -HR interview-Technical interview-reference check-Job offer)
- Administrate the internal transfers/promotions complete cycle and ensure the approval of the necessary documentation respecting the timeframe to ensure smooth operations
-collaborate with personnel -Payroll -training sections
Specialist Job description:
-Monitoring Manpower planning
- Blue-collar sourcing /hiring and all activities related blue collar recruitment
-Assist in hiring entry-level white-collar position
-responsible for recruitment documentation
Requirements:
-       Bachelor’s degree is a must.
-       Experience needed: Supervisor 4-6 years specialist 2-4 years.
-       Familiar with different recruitment channels.
-       HR Certification is highly preferable.
-       Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken)
-       Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office Package)
-       Reporting & analyzing skills. 
-       Excellent Communication Skills
-       Teamwork & positive attitude.
