Human Resources Manager

Saleh, Barsoum and Abdel Aziz – Grant Thornton is looking for an HR Manager to join our team, experienced in most of the HR functions with a focus on Recruitment.
The successful candidate will lead the Talent Acquisition team and will work closely with senior management to ensure that we attract top-tier candidates in the market, develop, and retain them. In addition, will be involved in Training, Performance Management, and other strategic projects as required.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or any other related field.
-6+ years of experience of general HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm.
-Knowledge of best practices in HR management is essential.
-Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
-Ability to communicate professionally with Managers and high-level executives.
-Outstanding and impactful communication skills - verbal and written - demonstrating quality in all that is delivered.
-Track record of successful implementation, including highly developed stakeholder management skills and strong planning and organizational capability.
-Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
-Attention to detail and good judgement
