Job Description
¨ Prepare Quantities surveying as excavation, filling, steel reinforcement, concrete quantities.
¨ prepare shop drawings and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives and connection details Development and standardization of shop fabrication drawing presentation.
¨ Develops studies and calculation notes.
¨ Study and prepare the project documents including drawing and specifications.
¨ Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased or procured.
b. Job Requirements
¨ Males Only
¨ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
¨ Very Good knowledge of computer applications. (Ms. Office – AUTOCAD, Quantity Survey- Shop Drawings)
¨ Experience 3-5 years.
¨ Detailed-oriented person.
¨ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil is a MUST)
¨ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
¨ Strong project management and negotiation skills
¨ Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
¨ Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
¨ Very Good in reading/writing English language.
