Turbo EG's hiring:
HR_admin
#Responsibilities :
- Receives and distributes office mail.
- Schedules and organizes appointments.
- Assists with HR Activities
- Resolving issues as fast as possible (e.g., interview cancellations)
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, and data records)
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR projects
- Responsible for hiring and clearance documents
- Prepares purchase orders for the office.
- Greet clients, job applicants, and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- 0 - 1 Year of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiar with HR software
- Good at MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving ability
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proactive to take initiative.
