Position :- HR Generalist
Responsibilities :-
Responsible for all recruitment processes (Recruitment Plan, Job Posting, Screening CVs, Interviewing, Shortlisting, Job Offering and new hires orientation).
Update annual manpower plan, recruitment needs and Recruitment budget.
Develop a pool of candidates through variety of recruitment sources to cover Acrow recruitment needs.
Assist with creating new and updated onboarding materials; provide to new staff.
Organize induction training sessions, send invitations to candidates & trainers.
Conducts training needs analysis and design and implements meaningful, relevant, employee and manager training and development activities that link to company objectives.
Designs and execute the annual training plan.
Conducts training providers to get the best training proposals technically & financially
Monitors & evaluates the effectiveness of training programs.
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Job Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree of related studies (HR studies are preferred)
2) 2~5 years of proven experience in manufacturing field
3) Excellent English both spoken and written.
4) Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
5) Excellent communication, presentation, time management and problem-solving skills.
