Job Description

Myginny is Hiring HR Manager to join our team.

- Fluent English
- Job Location: Sheraton
- Working hours: - 9.30am to 5:30pm

Job Description
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
• Develop and prepare job descriptions, profiles and offer letters.
• Handle Performance management process
• Calculation and control of payroll of the company.
• Facilitate smooth employees activities, explain policies, procedures, laws, standards, regulations, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and working conditions..
• Responsible for preparing and managing the personnel records, files and legislation (social insurance, medical, etc.)
• Update the HR databases on a regular basis.
• Manage new and old employees contracts in respect of Egyptian Law.

Job Requirement:
• Masters/Bachelor degree into Business.
• HR Diploma is preferred
• Experience: 3 to 5 Years
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Fluent English.
