LG Electronics Egypt is actively hiring:
•Position: HR Generalist
•Location: Factory (10th of Ramadan).
•Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process to ensure to fulfil the suitable applicants for the required vacancies.
- Work closely with all company’s functions to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Conduct full on-boarding process and Exit interviews.
- Evaluate and develop the Recruitment policies, processes & procedures using the HR metrics.
- Conduct and update Job Analysis regularly.
- Participate in developing both White & Blue collar employees' soft and functional capabilities using different sources & methods of training.
- Participate in developing the employee engagement activities.
- Support in other HR functions as required.
•Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of related studies (HR studies are preferred)
- 2~4 Years of experience in HR.
- Excellent English both spoken and written.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
