TAB Egypt is looking to hire:

HR Manager.

Main responsibilities :-
-Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
-Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
-Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
-Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
-Establish compensation management system and incentive mechanisms, make and distribute the salary, bonus, and welfare.
-Organize the performance appraisal work, supervise all departments to implement performance, implement performance management, and set KPI.
-Guiding and supporting subsidiaries in the Egypt area to build the team and carry out HR work
-Other tasks assigned by HQ or direct report;
Qualifications:-
5+ years of experience in HR.
Extensive HR experience in areas of recruitment, onboarding, personnel ,payroll OD.
v.good english level
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
Resilient & ready for a new challenge.
