Milk’s is hiring HR Operation Team leader. ( Personnel & Payroll )
 
Key Accountabilities:
·      Follow up the implementation of the company's HR policies and its representation in front of all Governmental Authorities and institutions with ensuring legal compliance.
·      Implementing the company's policies internally and externally.
·       Oversee the full cycle of personnel and payroll process.
·      Conduct exit interviews & Proceed with the resignation process.
·      Handling employee flow processes such onboarding, transfers, resignations, or termination procedures.
·      Work on the ERP system for personnel affairs, which includes the balance of vacations, penalties, attendance, departure and overtime.
·       Performing personnel-related tasks such as maintaining the HR archive, and employees’ files, preparing contracts, and HR letters, and responding to staff inquiries/questions.
·       Handling communication with the medical insurance account manager, and coordinating the medical benefit in matters of members’ additions/ deletions and medical claims processing and review.
·       Run and analyze key HR reports on headcount, absence and turnover and other KPI’s on a monthly basis and presenting these to the HR Manager.
·      Undertake a review of current HR processes and our operations services sharing innovative solutions and identifying efficient and effective processes and procedures that can be implemented.
 
Job Requirements :
·       Bachelor's degree.
·       Minimum 8 years of HR experience, 4 years of which in a similar HR role.
·       Intermediate English (oral and written).
·       Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
·       Excellent organizational and planning skills.
·      Strong Leadership Skills, Strong Analytical Skills, Strong Problem-Solving skills.
