now hiring "Civil Engineer".

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare the workshop drawings, work program, bill of quantities and estimated budget after receiving the renovation drawings from the design department.
2. Coordinate with different concerned
departments to start with the renovation works.
3. Negotiate with the contractor to start with the implementation phase.
4. Prepare Purchasing requests in coordination with the facility management team.
5. Receiving the finished works and ensuring that it’s as per agreed specs.
6. Prepare calculations sheets for the finished projects regarding the sub-contractors.
7. Prepare time schedules and completion reports to show the actual works.
8. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the jobs responsibilities .

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Department)
2. At least 3-5 years’ experience
