Education: Bachelor’s Degree of accounting
Experience: 8 -12 Years

- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine the costs of business activity
- Preparing aging and related financial reports
- Generate financial reports and statements to CFO for review.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
- Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures
- Applies cost accounting methods to achieve accurate representation of cost center performance
- Prepare the annual budgets – prepares all allocations;
- Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. /Responsible for all taxes obligations
- Work with external auditors during financial and operational audits
- Review and ensure proper authorization and approval and timely processing of payment/reimbursement requests for employees/suppliers/vendors.
