We are hiring:

Accounting Manager

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or related field.
6-10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance in general.
2 - 4 years of experience in a similar position as “Accounting Manager”
Certified CMA, CPA & MBA is preferred.

Duties:
Manage and oversee the daily activities of the accounting department and ensure that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
Ensuring that all accounting processes align with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and current financial legislation.
Maintain records of fixed assets and depreciation.
Supervise preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and manage cash flow and bank reconciliations to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations and strategic investments.
Manage accounts payable batches and check runs accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Manage and supervise accounting department employees, responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
Maintain and oversee all accounting procedures and processes.
Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.
Oversees the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements.
Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial reports and statements.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.

Skills:
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
Ability to take ownership and initiative along with a problem solving and decision-making attitude.
Excellent computer skills using Microsoft office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent in reading/writing English language.
Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
