Ezz Elarab Automotive Group is hiring a personnel specialist to join our energetic team
He will responsible for the co-ordination of human resources personnel related activities for the company to ensure proper workflow in accordance with the Egyptian labor law.
-Update and maintain employee’s personnel files, database in hard & soft copies and generate monthly reports for the insured employees to ensure a workflow in accordance with the Egyptian labor law.
-issue and review cheques payment of governmental social insurance forms on monthly basis to ensure compliance to the Egyptian labor law.
-Responsible for handling form 1, form 6 and form 2 in all the administrative work to ensure legal liability and organization.
-Issue HR letters and any correspondences as per employees/ direct manager request.
-Collaborate with legal department to implement any investigations to ensure compliance of labor law.
-Collect and review the payroll variables from the supervisors and send to payroll team to be implemented.
-Update the insurance provider by sending updated data on weekly basis with new hires and leaving employees in order to update their records with coordination of Finance & Accounting department.
-Extract data from finger print machine for employees’ attendance on daily basis to prepare the attendance monthly report
-Send monthly attendance sheet to department heads to comment on their subordinates’ attendance.
-Manage medical insurance by issuing cards to new hires, processing claims and invoices to medical company to best serve the employees’ interests from the medical insurance service.
-From 0:1 year of Experience.
- An HR diploma is preferred.
-Detailed Oriented Problem Solving Analytical skills.
