1- from 2 to 3 years of experience in the recruitment field- White & Blue Collar.
2- Reviewing the employees' Monthly Attendance, Deducting the absenteeism, late, early leave and penalties from their salaries.
3- Ensure that employee payroll processing follows state laws and is processed accurately and timely
4- Handling HR input to finance for the payroll: new hires, leavers, leavers vacations settlements, employee’s medical refunds, any due deductions, workers’ salaries
5- Managing workers including: KPIs, overtime, uniform, vacations
6- Preparing monthly attendance and consolidation reports
7-Excellent communication & reporting skills
8-Perfect user in Microsoft Office
9-Excellent Time Management skills
10-Good command of English
11-HR Certificate is a must
