"Production Planning Engineer'
Job Description:
Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
Specify priorities and delivery dates with customer care officer.
Specify material priorities with material planner officer.
Prepare, manage and finalize overall master production schedule (MPS).
Work a monthly plan and deliver a weekly loading for all parties.
Daily follow up and control of all manufacturing process.
Follow up plan completion and interfering to get over any obstacles.
Schedule practical training dates with customer care officer.
Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
Developing RCCP for checking available capacity to meet the requirements.
Dealing with technical office in updating BOM of all manufactured parts.
Handle the Materials Resource Planning (MRP) requirements periodically. (Metal beams and sheets only)
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree of engineering Mechatronics or mechanical (production) is a must.
at least 3 years in the same field.
