HR Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all HR functions (Recruitment, Training &Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, conducting the policy &procedures )

• Working with the top management to update the Organization Chart, and the company’s Human Resources needs according to future plans.

• Devising and Implementing HR strategies in alignment with the organization’s requirements.

• Managing all Recruitment processes starting from( job analysis to sourcing through all social media channels and headhunting. to select &Negotiating regarding the offers

• Setting& Monitoring Performance Management Systems like Performance Appraisal Systems and Critical Incidence Reports, Appraisal for Management Staff, and Monthly evaluations (KPIs).

• Making restructuring the organization and implementing succession planning

• Planning/Budgeting/Auditing/Forecasting and staffing of Manpower.

• Handling and supervising all employees’ affairs of vacations, personal loans, and internal affairs, and following up on all personnel actions of appointment, transfer and resignation, clearance, evaluation…Etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5-9 years of experience in an HR role.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel.

• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to problem solve and think strategically.

• Excellent time-management skills; practical organizing skills; ability to plan and prioritize own work program under tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
