Required to join TBS Holding (The Bakery Shop)
The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department including Payroll, HR System, benefits, leaves, and enforcing company policies & practices.
Job Description
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, Taxes & KPIS for the Employees
• Supporting Newly Hired Employees to complete their files, & explaining our internal Polices & Regulations
• Supporting Employees with their Payroll & Benefits Inquires
• Prepare and execute pay orders through Hits System
• Prepare Resignation settlements for the resigned employees
• Prepare Monthly Reports
• Generating official documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
Qualifications:
• Holding a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent with 4-6 years’ experience in HR.
• Excellent in MS office.
• Very Good in English “Spoken and Written”.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
