   Job Description:
· Responsible for introducing, management, and developing of platform agencies platform anchors Responsible for user growth of TikTok LIVE, improve user retention, consumption rate and ARPU value through management of user's life cycle.
· Cooperated with Video editor to generate trending content. Participating in and lead Programme Planning execution and result analysis.
· Set the guidelines and strategy for local agencies and MCNs, influencers, users’ campaigns and partnership Negotiating contracts and cooperating with content partners.
· Adjust and optimize advertising materials according to the performance of different APP advertising mechanisms and strategies to increase the number of fan growth; Increase customer retention by conducting optimization and performance analysis.
· Real-time tracking data, quick judgment and adjustment, instant optimization of the ads strategy.

· Good teamwork spirit, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and a sense of responsibility.
· Good data interpretation and logic capability, exploitative, and self-motivated.
·  Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
· Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward
· Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
· Influencers and agencies resources will be a plus.
